All products available on igcsezone.com are digital downloads. Once a purchase is completed and the files are delivered, they are considered consumed and cannot be returned in the traditional sense.

2. No Refund Policy

As digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been processed and the download link has been made available.

3. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.

- You did not receive the digital product due to a system error on our side (not due to issues such as incorrect email address, internet connectivity, or device limitations).

If your request qualifies, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method used during checkout. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Damaged or Defective Files

In the unlikely event that your digital file is corrupted, inaccessible, or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange to provide you with a working copy of the purchased file at no additional cost.
